Play, feel… and head back to the real world
At Uga, our games are designed to give children a little time to play, learn about emotions, and practise simple tools like breathing, observing, and choosing calmly. We believe screens can be a good place to learn, but they should never replace real play. That’s why, after some play time, Uga encourages little ones to continue the adventure away from the screen: reading, drawing, imagining, playing, or going for a walk. A little screen time, lots of feelings… and then, time to explore the real world!
A little play time to learn about feelings and play calmly. Then Uga encourages us to read, create, play or go explore. Because learning also happens away from the screen.
For families: Uga includes play-time pauses and limits to support healthier, more mindful and balanced screen habits. By default, Uga suggests a break after 5 minutes spent inside a game page, and grown-ups can adjust the play time.
